Order cancellation
You can cancel your paid orders by calling our WhatsApp line 0(533) 855 25 26 or our landline 0 (392) 227 60 30 at least 2 hours before delivery. The amount for the canceled order will be refunded to your account within 3 business days. Cancellation of products that have already been dispatched (given to service) is not possible.
Return of the sold product
You can return the product you purchased in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and unused.
The product will not be accepted for return and the purchase price will not be refunded if any signs of opening, damage, breakage, tearing, or use are found on the product or its packaging, or if the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable items such as fresh flowers and plants, or products that are custom-made.
